Cannabis pH

pH : pH is a measure of how acidic/alkaline water is. The range goes from 0 - 14, with 7 being neutral. pHs of less than 7 indicate acidity, whereas a pH of greater than 7 indicates a alkaline. pH is really a measure of the relative amount of free hydrogen and hydroxyl ions in the water

Cannabis THRIVES in a pH of :

5.5-6.2 Hydroponics

6.2-6.9 Soil

🥼Test the growing medium by inserting a pH test strip or electronic test kit into it

️Follow the instructions on the test kit to ensure proper testing

💦Changing pH

Add lime, wood ash or a specially formulated solution to the water to raise the pH, or add sulfur, phosphoric acid or a pH-lowering solution to lower the pH. If you're adding solid materials to a liquid solution, allow the material to soak in the water for a few hours to allow it to "steep."
